Regardless of what phase of life you may be in; there are several simple practices to work into your daily self-care routine which can bring more balance and health to the reproductive system. We will look at specific herbs and preparations used for generations and across the globe, which assist with toning, nourishing, connecting with and releasing from the reproductive space...both physically and energetically. All bodies will glean from these practices, regardless of gender.

Grace is an Appalachia trained herbalist with over 20 years of experience working with the plants. She and her family steward Moon Valley Farm in South Central Indiana as a botanical preserve and vegetable farm. There she also operates Monarch Apothecary and the Heartland School of Herbal Studies.
