Join Anna for a morning of meditative movement with an outdoor yoga practice in the garden. Sync up to the pulse of the Earth, move to the flow of your breath, and immerse yourself in feeling the present moment. A delight for your senses, this practice is for everyone, and only asks that you come open and willing to breathe and feel deeply.
Anna Schabold is a seasoned yoga teacher, structural integration therapist, budding herbalist, and enthusiastic somanaut who loves connecting the dots and exploring the mysteries that exist within and without our bodies. She uses hands-on techniques, deep breathing, and focused attention to feeling and witnessing the relationship of body-mind-spirit.
