A former frolicking forager and proprietor of herbal products as Giving Tree Botanicals, Heather Irvine is now focusing on instructing other herbalists, providing mentorship for intermediate herbalists, and building her herbal health consultation practice out of Boston, as well as offering seminars for health professionals. She is from Northeast Ohio and has lived and worked as an herbalist in New York state and Vermont also and continues to teach the year one course "Actions and Chemistry" for the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism and two for-credit herbal classes for Johnson State College, in VT.
