EATING THE RAINBOW
A beginning child introduction to Phytochemistry. We will enjoy a tasting panel of multi-color fruits and a basic discussion on how different organic molecules make different color foods that help our bodies in various ways. Parents – please let me know about any food allergies before the workshop begins.
Krista Lauren Fenton, M.S., C.H., L.M.T.
Krista is a graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health's (MUIH, Laurel, MD, 2015) Therapeutic Herbalism Master's program as well as the Clinical Herbalist course from the 2006 class of the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine (SWSBM, Bisbee, AZ). She has been practicing clinical massage therapy for 15 years and achieved a H.H.P. (Holistic Health Practitioner) certification from the Heartwood Institute, Garberville, CA (2001). Her undergrad is in Creative Writing with a minor in Holistic Health from Burlington College in VT. She holds a Reiki Master's attunement and is in service to the fire and the drums through the crafts of dance and sacred play.
