MAKING HERBAL SAUERKRAUT & OTHER FERMENTED FOODS
Come learn how to make your own medicinal sauerkraut and other fermented foods. We will taste a few of my favorite bubbling tonics and talk about some seasonal, wild-harvested ingredients. This class is hands-on, so get ready to help chop!
