SPROUTS' AUCTION
The Sprouts' very own auction! Using "Herb Bucks" provided by the staff, kids will have the opportunity to learn how a real auction works by bidding on real items they can take home. $10 in Herb Bucks for each child will be available in the Welcome Tent for a parent or guardian to pick up. We encourage you to use these Herb Bucks as payment to your child for chores done around camp during the event. An additional amount of Herb Bucks - the same amount to each child - will be distributed before the auction starts. So every child may participate, but hard working Sprouts have even more Herb Bucks to bid with!
Dave White
Dave retired after 40+ years as a Paramedic. The past 17+ years Dave has provided First Aid organization and medical duties at The Great Blue Heron Music Festival and Brushwood Folklore Center in Sherman NY. Dave has provided extensive "above the scope of practice" medical services under immediate electronic physician control for GE and the Dept. of Defense. An avid garage seller, fisherman, and camper he loves the outdoors but not nearly as much as he loves his wife Nicole and their children Caileigh and Kyle. Dave took up auctioneering in the late 90's and really enjoys conducting charitable event auctions. This is Dave's 9th year conducting the Midwest Herb Fest's fund raising auction!
